Refund Policy

We want you to love your hair! If you find that you are unhappy with your end results, we are more than happy to schedule another service to correct it, within 14 days of your last appointment. At Main Muse Salon, we do not refund any hair services. We take pride in our artistry and will work with you to help you achieve your hair goals!

Extensions Policy

Due to the nature of our product and federal health regulations, all of our hair extensions are final sale. We do not offer refunds on any hair extension purchases. If you believe that you have received defective merchandise, please contact us immediately. We will NOT allow an exchange if the item has ANY signs of being worn. Hair cannot be brushed, washed, fingered through, combed, cut, or taken out of the bundle. Our hair undergoes a strict quality control process to ensure that our customers receive only the best virgin hair. If you have any questions comments or concerns, contact us immediately.

Cancellation Policy

We value and respect your time. We ask kindly that you respect our time as well. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please give us 48 hours notice. If you are unable to give us 48 hours notice, that is considered a “no call, no show” for your appointment and we will charge the card on file 100% of the cost of your appointment. We appreciate your business and constant support!

Late Policy

If you find yourself running 15 minutes late, please notify us . At this time we would need to adjust or reschedule your appointment.
